JABIRU RED – 5 gram Liquid is a dry stabilized source of saponified red carotenoids from paprika. The total carotenoid content of Jabitu Red – 5 gram Liquid is guaranteed at 5 grams/kg minimum. Jabiru Red is produced from saponified Paprika Oleoresin and Ethoxyquin on a carrier of dried marigold flower bagasse and can be used as a sole pigmenting source or in conjunction with any other pigments.
